Our Organic Arbosano Extra Virgin Olive Oil is more buttery than most of our oils. You will find that its floral aroma accents flavors of green apple and ripe banana. Originally from Spain, the small Arbosana Olive has adapted well and is a favored cultivar in California both for its high oil yield and unique flavor profile. Fresh fruity olive nose with artichoke and green tomato overlay. Great as a finishing oil at the end of cooking for a burst of flavor, drizzled over cooked pasta or risotto, or prepared vegetables. Use as a butter replacement on potatoes (mashed or baked) and my favorite – Popcorn.
