Our Organic Arbosano Extra Virgin Olive Oil is smooth as silk, and more buttery than most of our oils, making it extremely versatile and perfect for everyday use!

You will find that its floral aroma accents flavors of green apple and ripe banana. Originally from Spain, the small Arbosano Olive has adapted well and is a favored cultivar in California both for its high oil yield and unique flavor profile. Fresh fruity olive nose with artichoke and green tomato overlay. Great as a finishing oil at the end of cooking for a burst of flavor, drizzled over cooked pasta or risotto, or prepared vegetables. Use as a butter replacement on potatoes (mashed or baked) and our family favorite – Popcorn!

Profile: Mild to Medium intensity with impeccable flavor and aroma. Smooth finish, minimal pepper finish.
