Chipotle Chicken Wings


2 tablespoons Olives en folie Espresso Balsamic Vinegar (or try our Chocolate or Fig Balsamic Vinegar)

1 tablespoon chilli sauce

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup Olives en folie Chipotle Olive Oil (or try our Roasted Chili Olive Oil

12 chicken wings, tips removed



In a small bowl, mix together the Espresso Balsamic Vinegar, chili sauce, garlic and 1 teaspoon of salt. Whisk in the Chipotle Olive Oil, until emulsified. 

Place the chicken wings in a glass dish and pour the marinade over them, turning to coat. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 375F (or heat up your bbq!).

Spread the wings out on a baking tray (or on the bbq) and bake for about 20 minutes or until cooked through. 

Drizzle with a little extra Espresso Balsamic Vinegar and serve!
