Roasted Balsamic Brussel Sprouts
The easiest and tastiest side dish, You will love these tangy balsamic brussels sprouts!
What you need:
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/4 cup Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar, or try your favourite flavoured balsamic like Fig, Pomegranate or Cranberry Pear!
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- salt and pepper to taste
Method:

Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.

Place the brussels sprouts on the baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil, and balsamic vinegar

Roast for 30-35 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
