Basil and Parmesan Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:

 

4 Ears of corn, shucked

1/3 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese 

1/2 Cup Olives en folie Basil Olive Oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and Pepper 

 

Directions:

Preheat grill or oven to 400 F

Mix together cheese, olive oil, garlic powder and salt and pepper

Place the corn on pieces of foil, Rub corn down with cheese and olive oil mix.

Wrap corn in foil and place on grill or in oven for aprox. 30 mins .... Enjoy!
