Green Salad with Almonds and Oranges


4 cups spinach or arugula

1 orange, cut into segments

1/4 of a red onion, diced

1/3 cup chopped, roasted almonds Orange Balsamic Vinegar

1/3 cup Olives en folie Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tablespoons Olives en folie Extra Virgin Ol8ve Oil

Salt and pepper, to taste


Combine all of the ingredients except the Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil in a large bowl. Toss well. 

In a small bowl, whisk together the Orange Balsamic Vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad, and enjoy!
