Grilled Peach, Pesto and Burrata Flatbread

This was insanely delicious! A must try for this peachy ūüćĎ season!




  • Preheat Grill to medium heat
  • Grill your flatbread for a few minutes per side
  • ¬†At the same time, grill the peaches for a few minutes per side until charred and soft.¬†
  • Take the flatbread off the grill, generously spread the pesto on, layer your sliced tomatoes and grilled peaches.
  • Use your hands to tear the burrata over the flatbread.
  • Top with arugula, drizzle your extra virgin olive oil, and balsamic¬†
  • Salt and pepper to taste¬†
