Grilled Peach, Pesto and Burrata Flatbread
This was insanely delicious! A must try for this peachy 🍑 season!
Ingredients
- 1 Flatbread (we used store bought!)
- 3 tablespoons basil pesto
- 3 peaches, cut into wedges
- 1 Heirloom tomato
- Burrata Cheese
- 1 handful Arugula
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Modena Traditional Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- S+P to taste
Instructions

Preheat Grill to medium heat

Grill your flatbread for a few minutes per side

At the same time, grill the peaches for a few minutes per side until charred and soft.

Take the flatbread off the grill, generously spread the pesto on, layer your sliced tomatoes and grilled peaches.
- Use your hands to tear the burrata over the flatbread.
- Top with arugula, drizzle your extra virgin olive oil, and balsamic
- Salt and pepper to taste
