Lambrusco Vinegar has a lush viscosity, depth and wonderful sweetness. Lambrusco grapes grow only in the Southern tier of Lombardy, parts of Emilia-Romagna and Veneto. It has sour-sharp notes with a touch of dizziness and hints of berry.
Pairs well with: Lemon Olive Oil, Blood Orange Olive Oil, or any Mild Fruity EVOO's.
