Parm Pita Chips
Ingredients:
4 small pita breads, cut into wedges
1 tablespoon Olives en folie Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Salt
Directions:
Preheat the oven to the maximum on "grill".
In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, a pinch of salt and the parmesan cheese.
Brush both sides of each pita wedges with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and spread them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Broil in the middle of the oven for 1-2 minutes, until slightly browned.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese mixture.
Broil for one minute more, or until the cheese has browned.
Enjoy with the Pesto White Bean Dip!
