Fresh Fig and Mozzarella Salad


1 large fresh mozzarella, drained and sliced


3 fresh Sierra figs, sliced


1 pack baby spinach


2 heirloom tomatoes, sliced


Fresh basil and chives, chopped




1 teaspoon honey


3 tablespoons Olive en folie Jalapeño Fig Balsamic Vinegar


2 tablespoons Olives en folie Tuscan Herb Olive Oil


2 tablespoons Olives en folie Extra Virgin Olive Oil (we recommend Portugal - Herdade do Esporão)


Salt and pepper, to taste



Place the spinach or watercress on your serving plates. Layer the tomato slices on top, followed by the Mozzarella and, lastly, the figs. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.


Whisk together the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl. Drizzle generously over the salad just before serving!
