Easy Rosemary Garlic Foccacia



  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 2 Tablesspoons Olives en folie Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, divided
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup Olives en folie Rosemary Infused olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse  sea salt



Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F

  1. Place Vegetables, balsamic Vinegar, olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper in bowl, toss to coat evenly
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spread out the coated vegetables
  3. Bake in oven for 35-45 mins, turning once halfway through with spatula, vegetables should be nicely browned and easy to prick with a fork.
