Easy Rosemary Garlic Foccacia
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 2 Tablesspoons Olives en folie Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar, divided
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup Olives en folie Rosemary Infused olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F
- Place Vegetables, balsamic Vinegar, olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper in bowl, toss to coat evenly
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and spread out the coated vegetables
- Bake in oven for 35-45 mins, turning once halfway through with spatula, vegetables should be nicely browned and easy to prick with a fork.
