Blackberry Ginger Pork Chops


1 lb. pork chops 

½ cup of balsamic vinegar with ginger and  olives  of olives in madness

¼ cup of honey

2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 C. sriracha

1 C. soup of soy sauce

2 cloves of garlic, minced

1 C. tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil  of madness olives 


Mix together the balsamic vinegar with ginger and blackberries , honey, mustard, sriracha, soy sauce and garlic. Marinate pork chops in mixture for 30 minutes or overnight.

Heat the extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops, reserving marinade and cook until light golden brown (about 3 - 5 minutes). Return them.

Add the reserved marinade and cook until the chops are cooked and the sauce has thickened (another 3 to 5 minutes).
