Balsamic Spritzer (Shrub)

Ingredients:

1 cup club soda or mineral water

Ice

Fruit slices or fresh mint leaves

1 - 2 tablespoons Olives en folie White Balsamic Vinegar

We recommend:

     - Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
     - Orange Balsamic Vinegar
     - Lavender Balsamic Vinegar
     - Green Apple Balsamic Vinegar
     - Pear Balsamic Vinegar
     - Apricot Balsamic Vinegar
     - Mango Balsamic Vinegar
     - Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:

Pour club soda or mineral water into a glass.

Stir in the White Balsamic Vinegar of your choice.

Garnish with slices of fruit or the mint leaves that match the flavour of your White Balsamic Vinegar. For example, use lemon slices if you're using Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, or use mint leaves if you're using Lavender Balsamic Vinegar. 

Add ice and serve!
