Balsamic Beef Skewers


1/4 cup Olives en folie Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 tablespoons Olives en folie Balsamic Vinegar, try: 

     - Espresso Balsamic Vinegar

     - Garlic Balsamic Vinegar

     - Jalapeno Lime Balsamic Vinegar

     - Modena 25 Star Dark Balsamic Vinegar

2 tablespoons Olives en folie Honey Serrano Chili Vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon freshly ground Épices en folie Tellicherry Peppercorns

1 1/2-2 pounds steak, cut into bite-sized chunks

1/2 red onion, cut into bite-sized pieces


Make the marinade: whisk together the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Honey Serrano Chili Vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and Tellicherry Pepper

Place the pieces of steak into a container and pour the marinade over the top. Marinate for 2 hours or overnight.

Thread the steak and red onion alternatively onto skewers. Grill over medium/high heat for 3-4 minutes per side. 

Serve with the Spicy Southern Salad or Roasted Beet Salad!
